Bridal Expo’s are just one of the options in help planning a wedding. Wedding Suppliers exhibit at wedding expo’s to showcase what they do and what they have on offer. This is a great chance to meet and collect information from many suppliers.
For an exhibitor this is part of our marketing and a chance to showcase our work and to meet many potential brides and grooms whom we can work with to help create their special day.
For many of the expo’s we exhibit at we pay money to exhibit which can vary from 100’s of dollars to 1000’s of dollars depending on the type and style of the expo. So please take the time to look and speak with many exhibitors and suppliers we are here to help as much as look for business.
This does not include the money we spend on on our own marketing in brochures, staffing costs, additional costs in making our stands look appealing and inviting to showcase what we do.
So take the time when attending an expo to meet the suppliers collect their brochure and look at what they have to offer.
If you do like an exhibitor take a pen and mark their brochure so when you get home and go through all the marketing material you will be able to identify the suppliers that interest you.
Follow up quickly to organise a pricelist as this will help with your budgeting.. Many couples get overwhelmed on the costs involved in planning a wedding. With being able obtain further information from many suppliers you will be able compare pricing, styles, packages that is on offer.
You will be able to work out what is important to you both and be able to plan the most amazing day.
Not only that many brides do not realise the smaller details in their budget such as invites, bombonniere, accessories and more have not been accounted for. Expo’s will help highlight the many ideas, styles and costs involved in these unexpected budget items.
